Introducing John Kehoe
I'm going to share some of my favourite authors/speakers and the first would have to be John Kehoe.
I have had the honour or attending 2 of John's courses both were a week-long retreat. The second we had the additional surprise of having Ann Mortifee in attendance. Both John and Ann are extraordinary people - John for his training on mind power, gratitude, open thinking etc and Ann for the same but additionally her spiritual insights and her singing - man she has an amazing voice.
John is the author of a book called 'Mind Power' as well as many other books. He has also released an online training program called mind power https://www.learnmindpower.com/which you can do for a discounted price of $79 US and I would highly recommend this course.
Through him, I came to understand that what you focus on, you attract. So if your thoughts are negative - you will be attracting all things negative. If your thoughts are 'woe is me' you will continue to attract everything that supports your view of the world. If you want something different for your life then it starts with your thoughts, it's so simple but I understand that for some it is difficult to break your current way of being but it can be done!! Like anything it is practice and with practice, you can start to see and hear what you are thinking and when that happens you have the opportunity to change. Change is not impossible - it is totally doable. If you are suffering from any disease or ailment start looking at your thoughts and ask yourself - do those thoughts serve me? if the answer is no then it's time to change. I believe this course is a good start.
Introducing Mel Robbins
I came across Mel Robbins while looking for ‘my purpose’ – you know that ‘thing’ that people tell you, you need to find in order to be happy. Well, I think your purpose is that thing that you really enjoy doing, the thing you want to do and make time to do. It’s not rocket science, however, there is a lot within yourself that you need to learn, you need to learn how to overcome the fears you have about doing that ‘thing’ that makes you happy but others may think you’ve gone crazy. For me, this site is my purpose, it’s the thing that I knew some would say – this is silly, natural healing is not possible – well I 100% believe that it is possible and helping others is something I am passionate about. If I can help just one person, then I’ve succeeded. In fact, I've already succeeded because I have done this site. I have overcome the fear of worrying about others thinking I'm doing something silly. You see I have learnt that what others think, well they will continue to think and there is nothing you can do about it. No amount of worry will change it but maybe you just need to change who you have around you and who you listen to. The way you think is extremely important. It's important to your health and well being and if you have been listening to the documentary series called "broken brain' you will realise that more and more doctors and scientists are discovering that there is a link between nutrition, your thoughts and the brain.
Anyway, Mel Robbins is a woman who has been to the brink and came back. She has experienced real world everyday emotions, depression, bankruptcy, can’t get out of bed, unemployed, failing marriage…. She is down to earth, and I love her real frank discussions. She has loads of video’s on YouTube, she has written a couple of books and she runs a ‘power of you’ course. This is one of her videos about where she got to in her life and her book called ‘The 5-second rule’. I will post another link separately about the 'power of you' course. I hope you enjoy her as much as I do.

As per my post above about Mel Robbins, she has a course called 'The Power of You'. I am doing this course, when you buy it you have it forever. There is also a closed Facebook group that is very active as well. Not sure when the next course is but this is the link so you can sign up to a wait list to attend the next course.
